The Easy Detox

Do you ever feel bloated, tired, irritated, pain in joints, headache etc

Every now and then I give my body a detox and I really can’t list any disadvantages with doing a detox. On the contrary my benefit list of a detox I rather long… I have tried a few, and this is the one I find the easiest and always with a good result. On the fourth day, my weight is down 2-3 kg’s

Since I like eating and chewing, my detox need to contain food!

Doing a Detox always seems more interesting then you start to think about how, what, when ... and the why just goes right out the window.

So I'm going to make your detox, easy by giving you a day to day plan that will help you do it!

First check the plan and make a list of any shopping you need to do in preparation for your detox.


Day 1

Breakfast

  • 5 dl of water with freshly squeezed lemon, 1 cup of a detox tea
  • My home made fruit granola (1.5 dl) with flax seeds (2 tbs) and blueberries
  • Coconut mild or/and rice milk

Lunch

  • Carrot, zucchini, ginger soup with sunflower seeds
  • Steamed broccoli drizzled with orange oil and lemon juice (make extra for day 2)
  • Mixed salad with 1 pear and a handful pumpkin seeds

Snack

  • 1 apple

Dinner

  • Sautéed kale with shitake mushrooms and spicy coconut sauce
  • Beet and carrot salad with pumpkin seeds
  • Lots of water and avoid coffee, juice, sodas….

Day 2

Water, lemon and detox tea

Breakfast

  • Same as day 1

Lunch

  • Carrot, zucchini, ginger soup
  • Mix salad with ½ apple and ¼ avocado
  • Leftover broccoli with orange oil

Snack

  • ½ pear with 10 almonds

Dinner

  • Leftover sautéed kale, shitake and spicy coconut sauce
  • 1 dl brown rice and pumpkin seeds
  • Beet and carrot salad with sunflower seeds

Lots of water….


Day 3

Water, lemon and detox tea

Breakfast

  • Same as day 1&2

Lunch

  • Baby romaine lettuce with ¼ avocado, pumpkin seeds, 2 grated carrots
  • Spicy vegetarian soup

Snack

  • 10 almonds

Dinner

  • 1 chicken filet (italian herb spices, low sodium), mixed salad, orange zest
  • Roasted vegetables (2 carrots, 1 zucchini, ½ broccoli, 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic) Enough for 2

Lots of water…

ENjoy all theses lovely recipes and your detox as all these recipes are delicious and it doesnt feel like a detox. The only difference you will see and feel is in the mirror and on the scale.

The skin feels better and the scale will show a reduction of 1.5-2.5 kg.

Day 4

Wake up and feel good and try now to continue every morning with your habit of water with freshly squeezed lemon and a cup of detox tea.
