Everyones favourite snack, you can't imagine these are sugar free!


400 g medjool dates     datesballs
5 tablespoons coconut oil
50 g lactose free butter
2 dl grated coconut
2 dl buckwheat grains
3 tablespoons cacao powder (unsweetened)
½ dl coconut flour or almond flour
1 tea spoon cardamom or cinnamon

Take the seeds out of the dates and put in a blender together with the grated coconut, melted butter and oil.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and add the blended dates, oils and sugar.
Roll into small balls. If it feels a bit too sticky add some buckwheat or coconut.
Put into the fridge to cool down. Enjoy and remember, maximum 2 per day…..
