Having experienced the benefits of good nutrition for health, both for myself and members of my family, I can firmly state that health and nutrition are linked and the way to better living.

Most people eat badly because they think that it is hard to change their diet, so I help people find ways to optimise their eating and meal plans, try new foods in new ways to help them expand their food repertoire.

I always say you are what you eat. Do you ever pay attention to what you eat? I don’t mean which fruit, vegetable, fish, meat, carbs, fat… But the quality of what you are eating? Where does it come from and where is it grown? We aren’t Einstein, and the food industry is complicated! How do we know who to trust and where do we find good information? I will try to help you a bit on the way to make the good and healthy choices.

Before my family and I went through our personal health transformation, we used to eat food that we though were healthy for us…. I used to check ingredients for sugar but didn’t questioning the words I didn’t understand on the ingredients list. Chemical additives, artificial colorings and flavorings, hydrogenated oils and synthetic sweeteners. The more I got to know, the more I realized that the concept of food either heal you or kill you.

Weight Management

Are you one of very many that has tried diet after diet but they only give short term results? With years of experience trying these diets I have finally come to the wise knowledge and experience that they don’t work and I have stopped believing in these extreme diets. Don’t start a diet with an expiration date, instead focus on a lifestyle that last forever.

Free radicals vs Antioxidants

Free radicals are all around us. Our bodies generate them just by breathing and moving. The environment we live in is also full of free radicals from pollution, cigarette smoke, chemicals, even your drinking water, certain foods and the sun that warms your face are creating free radicals.
