soupmakes (2 servings)
1 tbls coconut oil
2 carrots
2 zucchinis
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
raw ginger or minced
1 ts cinnamon, ½ ts cumin, 1 ts onion powder, black pepper
Chop onion and garlic, simmer in cocnut oil until soft.
Chop all vegetables, add spices, simmer until soft and mix in blender.
