1 ripe bananamuffin dessert served
200 g medjool dates
3 tblsp’s coconut oil
50 g lactose free butter
4 eggs
1 dl coconut wheat
3 dl shredded coconut
3 tblsp’s cacao
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Take the stone out of the dates and put in a blender with melted coconut oil and butter.
Mash the banana and add to the dates and oil.
Whisk the eggs and add the dry ingredients and at the end, add the dates, banana and oil.

Fill the muffin forms.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 17 minutes on 180 C.

I normally make small muffins as yes, as you have guessed, you will eat less….
And remember, ONLY 1 PER DAY!
